Dr. Vijay Shenai
Dr. Vijay Shenai, Board Certified Optometric Physician, is a local Pasco county resident from age 5. He attended Pasco Hernando Community College (now State College) and earned his Associates in Arts and later moved to Fort Lauderdale to attend Nova Southeastern University to received his Bachelors in Science. He continued with NSU College of Optometry to receive his Bachelors in Vision Science and Doctorate in Optometry. Dr. Shenai is a member and past vice-president of NSU’s chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. He, his wife and 2 kids are all Florida born and raised!
He has been a member of the New Port Richey Rotary Club since 2017. Dr. Shenai loves playing the violin, fishing, camping and practicing martial arts. He and his True Focus team has started making YouTube videos for further education for our patients! His professional affiliations also include the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, Central Suncoast Optometric Physicians, and InfantSEE.
Dr. Mark Beiler
Retired!!
Dr. Mark Beiler started practicing Optometry in 1981, and he completed his journey with us in December of 2022. Now, he gets to spend his days with his three sons and grandchildren while staying active with his church and tinkering with his classic cars. Although he will be missed, we will always be grateful for the kind and gentle spirit that he brought to our patients and staff.
Dr. Mark Mathews
Retired!!
Dr. Mark Mathews, who founded our office in 1982, has retired at the end of September 2022. He instilled a culture of going above and beyond for our patients, showing them kindness and respect and always providing the best care possible. He will be missed, but his generous spirit will always be felt in our office and in our staff.
